About
Gautam NAGPAL is an assistant professor at the éklore-ed School of Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Pau and the Pays de l'Adour (UPPA) in Pau in 2024. His research focuses on organizational strategy, performance, and sustainability. He primarily studies how organizations perform effectively in both financial and non-financial dimensions (positive impact on society and the environment). He teaches undergraduate and graduate students courses on business research and organizational strategy.
