Inclusion & Diversity
Together, let’s turn your journey into a success!
Are you a student in Béarn and wondering what to study?
Are you facing difficulties or obstacles in your studies?
The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region and the ESF+ are committed to promoting student success and combating dropout rates among higher education students as part of the Student Success 2025/2026 initiative: Béarn Region.
The Pau Béarn Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), specifically the CSR, Inclusion & Diversity department of its training group Eklore-ed, has been selected to provide support to these young people in the Béarn region.

Who is eligible for this support?
This program is specifically designed for students in the region who need personalized support to help them regain their confidence:
Prerequisite: A high school diploma.
Target audience: College students facing challenges (career guidance, academic success, external barriers).

éklore and support
Our goal and mission is to support young people in the “Student Success” program and those in the “Career Launch ” career guidance program as they define their career plans, stay in school, choose a training program, or enter the workforce directly.
We prioritize tailored support, whether in group or individual settings, using a pedagogical approach tailored to each audience. This allows us to offer workshops on a variety of topics, explore different professions and their work environments, and facilitate an immersion experience within a company to validate the relevance and feasibility of the project
