About
Laurent SIE has been a faculty member and researcher at eklore-ed since 2003. Prior to that, he worked in the fields ofconsulting, research, and training for major corporations in Strategy, Knowledge & Change Management, Innovation, and Team Performance Management (R&D at Total Energies, the Avenia Competitiveness Cluster, Foncia Group, Accor Group, BNP Paribas, Quiksilver, Sanofi, Cap Sciences, AbbVie, and the Chamber of Notaries) since 2007. His courses focus on Knowledge,Innovation, and Performance Management, the digitalization of business models, and research methodology applied to management sciences. Passionate about participatory pedagogy (flipped classroom, project-based learning, hackathons), citizen science (integrating students into research projects), and AI, he teaches students using flipped, project-based, hackathon, and business game methods.He also trains instructors in Project-Based Learning and the ARKHE business game (training of 22 Kedge instructors).
