From everyday initiatives to projects conceived and implemented in-house, as well as events tied to local, national, and international CSR news, éklore-ed organizes events, participates in initiatives, and keeps you informed about the latest CSR news. Here are the key dates for CSR events.
CSR AgendaThe implementation of the overall strategy at the department level, along with its action plan, enables us to fully engage employees in the challenges of eklore-ed’s CSR commitment, with a view to continuous improvement.
All employees work every day to implement our CSR approach, and our coordinators lead, unite, raise awareness, inform, and support efforts to bring environmental and social projects to life: the ProVélo Employer Project, the éklore-ed Handi-accueillante Program, the QVCT Program, the Collectif, and “Shrek” projects… “Alone we go faster, together we go further”—this African proverb rings true through the many individual initiatives that have fostered a sense of community.
The active involvement of students, staff, partner companies, institutions, and organizations is essential to the success of éklore-ed’s CSR initiatives. Everyone contributes through their expertise, commitment, and diversity, thereby enriching our projects with a collective and inclusive dimension.
Sustainability issues are integrated into our programs through dedicated modules, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) approach in each module, research topics, educational projects, and various partnerships with our ecosystem.
We are actively committed to fostering an inclusive community by combating all forms of discrimination: through policies, awareness-raising initiatives, and specialized support for students with disabilities, international students, and others...
We encourage civic engagement and solidarity through collaborative projects, volunteer work, and partnerships with organizations dedicated to civic engagement and solidarity. These initiatives aim to strengthen social bonds and promote values of fraternity and mutual support within our educational community.
We address environmental responsibility by incorporating the principles of sustainable development into our daily practices and our educational programs. We raise awareness and educate our students about environmental issues and involve them in concrete initiatives to reduce our ecological footprint.
We organize awareness-raising and informational initiatives focused on prevention and support for the mental and physical health of our students and staff. Lectures and workshops dedicated to health and well-being are offered to foster a healthy, inclusive, and fulfilling work and study environment.
Awareness of CSR issues and the shift toward action began several years ago, with momentum building starting in 2023 across all areas of sustainability and social responsibility, with the aim of creating a positive impact on our internal and external ecosystems.
