The implementation of the overall strategy at the department level, along with its action plan, enables
us to fully engage employees in the challenges of eklore-ed’s CSR commitment,
with a view to continuous improvement.
All employees work every day to implement our CSR approach, and our
coordinators lead, unite, raise awareness, inform, and support efforts to bring
environmental and social projects to life: the ProVélo Employer Project, the
éklore-ed
Handi-accueillante Program, the QVCT Program, the Collectif, and “Shrek” projects…
“Alone we go faster, together we go further”—this African proverb rings true
through the many individual initiatives that have fostered a sense of community.
The active involvement of students, staff, partner companies,
institutions, and
organizations is essential to the success of éklore-ed’s CSR initiatives. Everyone contributes through
their expertise, commitment, and diversity, thereby enriching our
projects with a collective and inclusive dimension.
