Simply create an account on Etudes en France , complete your personal online application, and follow the instructions. An application fee will be required to use this support service:

1. Create an account by clicking here. Fill out the form by completing all fields—once you create your account, an email will be sent to activate it; you have 48 hours to click the link and confirm.
2. Complete your electronic and personal profile.
3. Select your program from the “I’ve been accepted” menu , then click “I’ve received an acceptance.” Follow the instructions that apply to your situation.
4. Upload the required supporting documents and submit your application.

After submitting your application
1. Pay the application fee to Campus France.
2. Prepare the requested supporting documents.
3. Attend the interview: If Campus France approves your application, you will then attend an academic interview to describe your study plan in France, your career goals, and your motivations. This is a key step in strengthening your application, demonstrating that you have carefully considered your plan and that it is well-thought-out.

Your study plan is the means by which you can pursue a career or work in a field of your choice through the selection of an appropriate program. Also, be sure to prepare well for your arrival in France by considering housing, daily life there, funding your studies, etc.

- Why did you apply for this program? Why did you choose this school?
- Which of the offered tracks interest me in particular? Are they consistent with my current studies?
- What are the career prospects? What professions do you wish to pursue?
- Does the school’s educational approach suit me?
- How long is the program, including internships, etc.?
- How much does the program cost? Do I have the financial means to complete my studies in France?
- Is this school recognized by the French government?

How to Obtain Your Visa?

If you are not a citizen of the European Union, you must obtain a long-stay visa issued by French consulates.

This long-stay visa, which serves as a residence permit marked "student" (abbreviated as VLS-TS "student"), allows you to stay in France for four months to one year to pursue higher education.

This work-study opportunity is supervised. Participation in a work-study program is an option that cannot be guaranteed. All international students must plan ahead and budget for their tuition costs for the entire duration of their studies to avoid any financial difficulties or interruption of their studies.

What is work-study?

In a work-study program, the student signs an employment contract with a company (apprenticeship contract). This allows them to:
- Apply the skills learned in the classroom in a professional setting;
- Gain meaningful professional experience valued by employers;
- Receive monthly pay as an employee, with a salary calculated based on age and educational level;
- And, for the duration of the apprenticeship contract, have tuition costs covered by the OPCO (skills operator) or through the company.
