If you are admitted to one of the school’s training programs, all data collected via the various forms will be processed for the purpose of managing your enrollment and academic record. The data collected in this manner may be disclosed to EKLORE-ED’s subcontractors and/or partners, as well as to any authorized third parties when such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, in response to a court order, or if the disclosure of data is necessary for legal proceedings. The information collected through our contact forms is stored in a computerized database by EKLORE-ED to facilitate communication with the establishment’s prospects and customers. This information is intended for any manager or employee of the establishment who may communicate with the individuals concerned by phone or email, particularly to respond to their inquiries. No IP addresses are collected when a form is submitted through our website.

The data collected is retained for a maximum of three years if a contract is not concluded with our company. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties, all users have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.
