CSR Committee & Department

THE CSR COMMITTEE


This body servesas the forum for discussion and oversight of éklore-ed’s CSR initiative. It also serves as a platform for dialogue and engagement with stakeholders. It represents the various campuses and the core business of éklore-ed.

His role is to provide direction, make decisions, and oversee the implementation of the initiative.

Its members:

  • Marie-Laure Coly, Deputy Director of Sport Business. "I am convinced that sports are a powerful force for positive change and transformation. Through my commitment to corporate social responsibility, I aim to support the development of educational projects and initiatives that promote ethics, diversity, equal opportunity, and environmental sustainability, with the goal of fostering sports leaders who are mindful of their social and environmental responsibilities."

  • Matthieu Stordeur, Director of Development. "I believe that performance is not measured solely by growth, but also by the ability to generate a positive and lasting impact. My involvement on the CSR committee reflects this conviction: to anchor our strategic decisions in a responsible vision that is attentive to human, social, and environmental issues. As a committed humanist, I want to help make éklore-ed a school that combines ambition, ethics, and responsibility, serving its students, its teams, and the local community."

  • Clarisse Labussière, Director of Academic Affairs. "I deeply believe in people, in equal opportunity, and in the power of education to transform lives. Paying attention to everyone’s well-being and creating a healthy, stimulating work environment are essential elements. Being involved in the CSR committee means taking a responsible approach to our actions, serving the community and the environment; it means working every day to ensure that our school trains competent, conscious, and compassionate professionals."

  • David Léonard, Director of Marketing & Communications. "I firmly believe that marketing and communications should serve as drivers of change. Through our public statements and the experience we offer students, I am committed to promoting messages that are ethical, transparent, and aligned with the challenges of sustainable development. My ambition: to mobilize and inspire the school’s students and stakeholders so that they become committed agents of the transition."

  • Nathalie Malafosse, CSR Project Manager. "After a long career at éklore in various roles, I see the position of CSR Project Manager as a culmination of my experience. It aligns with my personal vision, which makes it all the more interesting."  

  • Thibault Chevalier, Development Manager at éklore Sport & Technics. "I joined the CSR committee out of personal conviction and a desire to help build a more responsible and people-centered company. As someone who cares deeply about social and environmental issues, I want to actively participate in concrete projects that make a positive impact. This commitment allows me to champion the values that matter most to me while engaging my colleagues in a collective effort."

  • Amandine Ebo'o, Head of the Saint-Denis Campus. "As Head of the Saint-Denis Campus, I am involved in the CSR committee to raise students' awareness of social and environmental issues. Through initiatives carried out on campus, the goal is to encourage them to reflect on their role and responsibility as future professionals."

  • Jean-Philippe Serbera, Associate Dean for Research – Professor of Finance and Accounting. "With a master’s degree in finance from the Toulouse School of Economics and a Ph.D. in industrial economics from the University of Montpellier, Jean-Philippe Serbera has international academic and professional experience, having held positions in England, Morocco, and France. With a modern and constructive approach to higher education and research, Jean-Philippe teaches finance and accounting courses in both French and English (bilingual). Highly visible in the media, he publishes in periodicals and academic journals. His research interests focus on the economic and social impact of the professional sports industry and on market analysis in various sectors (networks, blockchain) from a perspective of reasonable competition."

THE CSR, DIVERSITY, AND TRANSFORMATION DEPARTMENT


This department is responsible fordeveloping and implementingéklore-ed's CSR initiative.

His roleis both strategic and operational at all levels of the organization and across all departments.

  • Marianne Choignard, Directorof the CSR, Inclusion, and Transformation Department."Establishing a CSR department within éklore-ed reflects a strong commitment from management, and leading it is a significant responsibility."

  • Françoise Stanich,Training and Career Transition Coordinator."My vision for this role is to promote social and environmental values for today’s youth through education within the éklore-ed group."

  • Sophie Abdallah, Head ofInclu’Pro Training at AGEFIPH & Disability Liaison Officer."My role has naturally evolved over the course of my experience with the éklore-ed group. Every step of my journey has helped shape my understanding of the challenges surrounding inclusion and equal opportunity. Today, I see this role as a powerful tool for putting my values into practice."

  • Solenne Villetet,Inclu’Pro Training Coordinator& Disability Liaison. "My role allows me to be involved in all aspects of the program. These support services are available to all people with disabilities. The diversity in age, culture, and social background is enriching. Inclusion is essential in my work so that everyone can find their place within the group they are part of. My role as Disability Liaison is just as important. Everyone must have equal opportunities to succeed."

  • Nadège Paquico, CFA, CSR, and Inclusion Project Manager. "As the CFA, CSR, and Inclusion Project Manager, I provide daily operational support to teams in implementing projects related to training and CSR. I handle administrative, organizational, and interpersonal tasks. My role is to facilitate the monitoring of CSR, inclusion, and CFA transformation initiatives. I contribute to internal and external communication regarding these initiatives and to promoting the CFA’s commitments."
