Our CSR Projects and Initiatives for 2026

Published on: February 2, 2026

CSR Roadmap 2026!

Développement durable / Environnement et Biodiversité / Mobilité

  • Partnership, communication coordination, and participation in themed collection drives with our partners ECOLOGIC—particularly for sports equipment—and ECOSYSTEM for battery recycling.

  • Waste sorting: 3 main areas.

    - Extend the collection and recycling program (cans, cups, bottles, general waste)—which has been in place at the Pau campus for several years—to all campuses, in partnership with the socially responsible company Elise, and add cigarette butt collection.

    - Improve waste sorting, particularly for food packaging and paper.

    - Reduce paper usage by changing our habits.

  • When it comes to the environment, éklore-ed carries out initiatives both indoors and outdoors. Shrek is the nickname given to the group of employees eager to green the common areas. Several phases of greening have been completed on the Pau campus, and other campuses are moving in this direction. As for outdoor spaces, the Pau campus is located in the heart of the largest urban green space—an exceptional site in terms of biodiversity, featuring trees that are hundreds of years old.

  • Discussions are currently underway with the Pau Urban Community and the ESAT du Hameau, which handles maintenance, regarding the transition to eco-friendly management of the school’s green spaces.

  • Mobility: Environmental issues are also a key concern when it comes to commuting, particularly the commute between home and work. Eklore-ed, which has been certified as an “Employeur Provélo ” on all its campuses, is stepping up its efforts to promote cycling through several initiatives:

    - Our cycling instructors offer bike repair and maintenance training sessions and workshops for employees.

    - Meetings on the topic of mobility with our partners: the Agglo Mobility Department, Idelis.

    - Electric bike test ride, explanation of how the new idécycle stations work, tips and tricks.

    - Participation in local events and the mobility challenge.

  • As part of the partnership between ékore-ed , Eurosima, and UESC , Aude Pénouty, CSR Project Manager at Eurosima and USC NA, came to meet with the students.

Using Eurosima’s CSR initiative in the snow sports industry as an example, Aude conveyed a comprehensive message on the concepts of sustainable development, ethics, sustainability, and economic and social transition. She used several concrete examples to demonstrate the importance of this approach from both a strategic and operational perspective. The students then got to work during a workshop. Each group brainstormed and presented a proposal for creating a business with a positive impact, taking into account elements of ecological, economic, and social transitions. It was a great way to put themselves in a real-world scenario and think holistically about a business development project.

Citizenship / Solidarity

  • Promoting blood and plasma donation involves: organizing awareness-raising activities for students, promoting EFS campaigns across all our campuses, and allowing staff and students to donate during work hours and class time.

  • Collect bottle caps to support the charity Les Bouchons d’amour, which works tirelessly to promote inclusion by providing adaptive equipment to people with disabilities. A simple yet powerful gesture in three steps: remove the cap from the plastic bottle before throwing it away, save the caps, and finally place them in the provided container. They will be sent to the association’s headquarters for a new life!

  • Donate to children in the hospital by collecting toys for the Koala Association, whose "goal is to improve the daily lives of children in the hospital"

Well-being & Health, at work, during one's academic career

Addressing important issues and laying the groundwork for success, the Student Health Prevention Program is now being implemented. These topics are addressed in various ways with the support of our partners:

  • Fun workshops on addiction, discrimination, inclusion, environmental and food health, working at a computer, peer support...

All of these topics are related to mental health issues, which are addressed indirectly.

 Inclusion / Diversity

  • The Accessibility Charter commits éklore, a disability-inclusive training group; our disability liaisons are working to raise awareness and educate staff and learners about disability in general, fostering a more nuanced understanding of existing and emerging challenges. We go a step further by integrating this dimension into our sales techniques courses to enable future sales professionals to provide a welcoming environment and high-quality support for people with disabilities.

  • Erasmus Days, held every October, is the perfect opportunity to celebrate diversity and multiculturalism, spark curiosity, and inspire a desire for international experiences! This involves providing information, of course, but also hearing personal stories, sharing experiences, and indulging our taste buds… by discovering flavors from around the world. It’s also a chance to reflect on our ability to welcome those who come from elsewhere. A time to come together.

  • For nearly 30 years, SEEPH has been gathering at the European level during the third week of November to highlight progress and achievements and to point the way forward toward a more inclusive society.

  • Eklore-ed’s programs and degrees are aligned with CSR issues in both their content and structure: courses dedicated to economic, financial, social, and environmental transitions; course modules that incorporate CSR issues; and supervised projects focused on CSR themes or that take CSR issues into account. Meetings with professionals and socially responsible companies. Teaching methods that minimize the use of ink and paper. IT and digital equipment selected with particular attention to environmental impact.
