The éklore Group's CSR Strategy

Training Change Makers

Eklore-ed represents a new generation of business schools, deeply committed to addressing social and environmental issues.

Its mission: to support and nurture every student’s talents with care, through a student experience that is student-centered, inclusive, and rooted in the local community.

The school's CSR strategy is, above all, cross-cutting and integrated into every aspect of its operations: teaching, research, governance, and partnerships. The overarching theme is "well-being and living together."

This is reflected in the Best School Experience-Happiness Barometer 2025 rankings. Eklore-ed achieved a 75% satisfaction rating for its ability to raise students’ awareness of social and environmental issues and ranks sixth nationally.

1. A committed and transformative approach to education

The school places CSR at the heart of its curriculum. From the moment they enroll, students are made aware of major contemporary challenges: sustainable development, inclusion, business ethics, the circular economy, and more. Courses cover topics such as sustainable finance, responsible marketing, and social entrepreneurship.

The goal is clear: to train professionals who can balance economic performance with a positive impact.

2. Impact-oriented research

Research at Eklore-ed focuses on three main areas:

• Business Impact and Development,

• Social innovation,

• Transformation of business models.

Faculty members publish in international journals and participate in collaborative projects with local businesses and institutions, thereby strengthening the link between academic knowledge and practical action.

3. A school that manages itself responsibly

Initiated and supported by its governing body, the CCI PAU BEARN, Eklore-ed has adopted sustainable internal practices, including reducing its carbon footprint, waste management, sustainable transportation, and responsible procurement. The school is also committed toequal opportunity, the inclusion of people with disabilities, and the well-being of its community.

4. Strong local roots and lasting partnerships

The school is developing partnerships with local stakeholders (businesses, local governments, and organizations) to collaboratively develop solutions to regional challenges. It promotes collective intelligence and high-impact projects, particularly through research chairs and incubators.

5. A strong international focus

Every year, Eklore-ed welcomes a large number of international students from diverse cultural backgrounds. This diversity enriches academic exchanges, fosters open-mindedness, and prepares students to thrive in a globalized environment. The school offers programs taught in English, dual degree programs, and academic exchange opportunities with partner institutions around the world.

6. A humanistic and comprehensive vision

Eklore-ed does more than just train future managers: it trains global citizens who are aware of their responsibilities.
