Cafui D'Almeida-Julien
Assistant Professor
- Entrepreneurship
About
After working since 2012 as a practitioner in the social and solidarity economy, ethical fashion, and business startup support, she turned to research and earned a Ph.D. in Management Sciences in 2022, the same year she joined the faculty at éklore-ed School of Management. To contribute to the training and support of entrepreneurs and business mentors, her research explores worldviews related to entrepreneurial projects in diverse contexts (social entrepreneurship, ethical fashion, West African diasporas, and development contexts, etc.). From this perspective, she analyzes these entrepreneurial phenomena through the lens of the values mobilized by entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, and their mentors throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
