About
A lecturer and researcher as well as a management and business development consultant since 2014, she has held a position as a lecturer and researcher at éklore-ed School of Management since 2021. She also served there for three years as the academic director of the Master 2 in Management and Consulting program.
She holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences (awarded jointly by the University of Pau and Mouloud Mammeri University in Tizi-Ouzou) as well as an MBA from Shanghai University, and combines in-depth academic expertise with diverse international professional experience (Europe, Asia, Africa).
Passionate about innovation, education, and sustainable development, she stands out for her versatile and resolutely forward-looking approach.
