It is designed for students who hold (or are in the process of completing) a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent ECTS credits). What are the educational objectives?

The Master's Degree in Management prepares students to becomeresponsible and innovative operational managers, trained inorganizational leadershipand equipped with strongleadership skills, enabling them to:

  • Analyze the environment in order to design, communicate, and implement the organization’s development strategy.

  • Master diagnostic tools and identify relevant performance indicators to effectively manage the organization in a multicultural and uncertain environment.

  • Integrate social, societal, and environmental considerations into strategic decision-making, while implementing responsible and compassionate management practices, to the benefit of all stakeholders.


Duration

Course Curriculum

Our Master's degree in Management (5 years of higher education) is designed to meet the needs of businesses and prepare you for changes in the job market.

Upon completion of your program, you will graduate as:

  • a solid foundation in the fundamentals of business administration (management, marketing, finance, etc.),

  • able to understand the systemic nature of the economy, open to international opportunities and change,

  • focused on making a positive impact, with a creative entrepreneurial spirit,

  • incorporating social and environmental considerations into its decision-making.

In the first year of the master’s program, you will build on your management skills, with an emphasis on developing cross-functional skills (70%) and acquiring specialized skills through a selection of electives (30%). In the standard track, this is also an opportunity to gain international exposure.

Eklosion Project

Throughout the first year of the master's program

With the support of the academic team, students will be required to carry out an individual project called "éklosion." Whether it's developing a skill in the arts, sports, or volunteer work, or launching an entrepreneurial project—let your creativity shine!

The training is funded by the company's OPCO and the company for the duration of the contract.
