VAE . Recognition of Prior Learning
VAE: How to Turn Your Experience into a State-Recognized Certification
The Validation of Prior Learning (VAE) program allows anyone currently in the workforce to obtain professional certification by having their prior learning—particularly professional experience—recognized. The certification, which may take the form of a diploma, a professional qualification, or a certificate of professional competence, must be listed in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP), which is recognized by the government.
The VAE reform is moving forward. The éklore-ed group is now listed on the France VAE platform as a Career Path Architect (AAP) and Certifier.
As an AAP, we support you at every stage of your VAE process, guiding you and tailoring your journey to best highlight your experience in relation to all recognized certifications in the fields of organizational management, business development, or commerce/distribution at Level 6 (Bachelor’s degree) or Level 7 (Master’s degree). This support can be provided at our Pau location or remotely. Our experience and the quality of our support will be central to the success of your VAE journey.
As an accrediting body, we are accredited to award the Master's degree (5 years of higher education)
Until they are listed on the platform, our other certifications remain available outside the France VAE platform. Applications for the corresponding VAE qualifications will follow the process established prior to the reform and will be handled directly by our department.

The 3 main steps of the VAE
How the program works :
> An application to verify that the VAE project is feasible.
> A form to be completed by the applicant, detailing their experiences relevant to the degree they are pursuing. The academic advisor will help them identify relevant activities and the skills developed during those experiences (tasks performed, how they were performed, with what tools, and in collaboration with whom, etc.).
> An interview with a panel of professionals and/or instructors.
The VAE process is quite long and demanding. This engaging workof analyzing one’s career path and the skills acquiredrequires time, careful thought, and genuine motivation. Each candidate progresses at their own pace, depending on their availability and work capacity.
The France VAE Platform
The France VAE platform allows you to apply for a VAE.
Start by using the search tool to select the degree you want to validate. This selection is provisional and can be adjusted later.
Next, you must select the support organization that will guide you through the process.
Once your application has been submitted, the organization you selected will contact you within 8 days to schedule your first appointment.

Accessibility
All of our training programs are accessible and designed to accommodate participants with disabilities.
Discussing disability as early as the recruitment phase is often a key step toward a successful training program.
Being aware of a learner’s disability means being able to design a training program that takes into account their needs and the resources required to support their learning journey. Therefore, it is advisable to consider a learner’s disability as early as the registration phase.
