Among the 40 students selected, three of our students from éklore éducation had the opportunity to join this adventure and work in an immersive setting alongside major players such as EDF, Wonder Cleaner, TotalEnergies, Roues Libres, Crédit Agricole Pyrénées Gascogne, and many others. 

An immersive and stimulating program 

During eight weeks, students will work in multidisciplinary teams (engineers, sales representatives, and designers) to design an innovative and practical solution that addresses a business challenge. Their mission doesn’t end there: at the end of the program, each team will have to pitch their project like a startup raising funds, thereby convincing its partner company to adopt the solution. 

A launch marked by inspiration 

The kick-off for this new class brought together more than 300 participants at Le Connecteur, marking the start of an adventure characterized by boldness and innovation. 

Exceptional speakers 

Two distinguished guests made a special appearance this morning: 

• Agathe Monpays, CEO of Leroy Merlin France and patron of the program, who shared her experience and inspiring vision of collaborative innovation. 

• Eneric Lopez, Director of AI and Social Impact at Microsoft AI, who presented strategic approaches for adopting artificial intelligence as a driver of transformation. 

A rich and dynamic program 

The launch of the 02 promotion was marked by: 

• The Discover our partner teams and companies 

• Carrying on the Pioneers’ spirit 

• The announcement of the schedule for the eight-week challenge 

• A series of themed masterclasses, led by experts such as Jean Sahler (Luxottica), Antoine Lamblin (Decathlon), Pierre Vergnes (Doctolib), and many others.

Participating in the Pioneers program is an immersive experience that allows our students to: 

• Develop a practical and innovative entrepreneurial approach that is practical and innovative 

• Facing the realities of the business world and learn how to address strategic challenges 

• Working in a multidisciplinary team and learn to bring together different areas of expertise
