A speaker who lives what he teaches
With a passion for sports and education, Nicolas has built his career in the fields of training, management, and business development. It is through these roles that he has gained extensive experience in strategy, coordination, and project management.
In 2025, he reached a major milestone by founding Trail Assistance, an innovative platform that connects trail runners, support staff, and event organizers to optimize race organization and performance. Trail Assistance is the first solution of its kind in France, designed to meet the growing need for efficiency, safety, and comfort in trail running.
The web application, officially launched in January 2026, allows users to:
calculate transit times,
determine nutritional needs,
track a runner in real time,
and, above all, to connect runners with assistants to maximize their chances of success.
Nicolas has also run 25 trail races, including several over 100 km, and is now preparing for one of the world’s most legendary challenges: the 170-km UTMB with its 10,000 meters of elevation gain.
Suffice it to say, he knows what he’s talking about when the discussion turns to performance, commitment, endurance… and strategy.
A talk at the heart of mental, athletic, and entrepreneurial performance
Titled “Is Performance an Exact Science?”, Nicolas’s lecture explores a fundamental question:
Why do some people succeed where others give up?
Drawing on his own journey—10 years of Muay Thai, wins and losses, extreme mountaineering, and starting a business—Nicolas reveals the key elements that make up a performance system:
The difference between motivation and conviction
The structure of an effective objective
The Importance of Belief Systems
The drivers of intrinsic motivation (Deci and Ryan's theory)
The Foundations of the Mind
The concept of flow (Csikszentmihalyi)
Discipline as a Key to Success
The powerful analogy between entrepreneurship and running an ultra-trail
And most importantly:
Performance isn't a talent. It's a system that anyone can build.
Who is this for?
This conference is specifically intended for:
our Bachelor's and Master's students,
our young entrepreneurs,
anyone who wants to learn how to develop mental toughness, strong organizational skills, and a long-term vision.

A dynamic and immersive format
The conference will be opened by David Wieczorek, Editorial Project Manager at Éklore and host of the éklosion podcast, who will introduce the event, provide a dynamic overview of the guest, and then invite Nicolas to begin his presentation.
The meeting will conclude with a Q&A session so that everyone can ask questions about:

And as a bonus: an episode of the Éklosion podcast!
Following the conference, Nicolas will record an exclusive episode of the Éklosion podcast, focusing on career paths, moments of transformation, and inspiring life stories. It will be an intimate, profound, and unfiltered conversation, coming soon to our platforms.
