Whether you’re a regular runner, a weekend hiker, or just looking for a fun time with friends, this event is for you. The goal: to come together for a community-building event that’s open to everyone, where team spirit and good cheer take precedence over performance.
An inspiring talk with Nicolas Pedretti
For this new edition, we are thrilled to welcome Nicolas Pedretti, an ultra-trail runner with an impressive track record and the patron of the Spring Run 2026. He is currently training for two legendary trail running events: the UTMB and the Diagonale des Fous.
From 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m ., he will lead a discussion on a fascinating topic:
“Is performance an exact science?”
Drawing on his career and competitive experiences, Nicolas Pedretti will share his insights on performance, mental preparation, and coping with extreme challenges. This inspiring session is open to everyone—whether you’re an athlete or simply curious to learn more about the mechanics of motivation and pushing your limits.
The Spring Run: An Inclusive Relay Race
After the conference, it’s time to take action!
The Spring Run will start at 5:00 p.m. from the campus and head toward the track at Stade Lavie.
The concept is simple and accessible to everyone:
Relay race
Teams of 3 people
A total of 5 km per team
Each runner chooses their distance based on their preference and team strategy:
200 m
400 m
800 m
This unique format requires a bit of teamwork, but above all, a desire to run together in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Here, the goal isn’t performance at all costs, but the joy of participating and sharing a challenge with fellow students.
Categories
To encourage everyone to participate, several categories are available:
Women's
Male
Mixed
Registration
To participate, simply form a team of three people.
And if you don’t have a team yet, don’t worry!
There’s a “Solo Runner” form to help you join a team.
A relaxing way to end the day
Since sports are also about sharing and camaraderie, the day will wrap up with a relaxed get-together.
After all that hard work, it’s time to unwind: head over to La Kasa for a fun after-work gathering—a chance to catch up, chat, and wrap up this wonderful day together.
A day to push ourselves… together
The Spring Run by éklore is much more than just a race: it’s an event that brings students together around the values of solidarity, pushing oneself to new limits, and camaraderie.
So, whether you’re coming to run, cheer on the participants, or just have a good time, we hope to see many of you on March 19 for this fun-filled, community-building event.
