Course Overview
By joining our Sports Sales Consultant training program, we’ll prepare you to become the primary point of contact for customers at your sports store. Welcoming customers, listening to their needs, and providing advice to athletes will be part of your responsibilities.
If you’re curious about the latest trends and innovations, we’ll train you on the technical aspects of sports gear and equipment, sports apparel and footwear (including sneakers), as well as sports accessories.
You will learn how to greet customers and make sales, showcase products in your department, and help with in-store promotions.
This role offers significant commercial and technical value to your sports department, and with the experience you’ll gain through a one-year work-study program, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to positions of greater responsibility.

Pass the institution’s placement tests and have:
A Level 3 (EU) qualification + 2 years of professional experience in the field
That is, a first-year course of study that has been validated by progression to the final year
