Course Overview

This 5-day training course will teach you how to run and manage a mountain bike rental business. In the classroom, you’ll learn the basics of bike setup, adjustment, maintenance, and repair. You will cover customer service and user advice, as well as the procedures related to rental operations, safety , and PPE. In the workshop, you will learn howto diagnose issues and perform bicycle maintenance and cleaning tasks.
