What are the objectives of the doctoral program?
Our Doctor of Business Administration ( DBA ) program was designed to meet the growing demand from managers who wish to conceptualize their management practices and generate actionable knowledge while continuing their professional careers.
This doctoral program, led by internationally renowned professors, spans two years and supports doctoral students throughout their studies until their thesis defense. The first year is devoted to foundational seminars on methodological and conceptual aspects, which should lead to the development of a research proposal. This first year culminates in the awarding of a certificate in research methodology issued by éklore-ed School of Management (formerly ESC PAU Business School). The second year is devoted to writing the thesis, supported by specialized workshops designed to validate the various stages of progress.

Seminar No. 2: Artificial Intelligence—AI in Support of Research and Access to Digital Resources

At the end of the first year: award of an Intermediate Certificate

To better accommodate your work schedule, our DBA program offers several part-time study options (weekend seminars, e-learning, etc.)
Duration of the program: 2 years or 3 years

The program is based on individualized guidance and supervision provided by a professor who holds a Ph.D. and/or is authorized to supervise research.
The doctoral student will also have access to all the resources and electronic subscriptions available at éklore-ed School of Management.

Upon completion of the program, the doctoral student must submit a DBA thesis.
This dissertation is a research project that draws on scientific literature, employs a rigorous methodology, and conducts empirical investigations. It should also have an applied focus, generating actionable knowledge and managerial implications.
Thesis Defense
The thesis defense and ceremony will take place at éklore-ed School of Management in France.
Ph.D. students who wish to do so may participate in the international week.
A week-long immersion in a research environment at éklore-ed School of Management, where a variety of activities are organized to provide a hands-on experience in an international research setting.

The faculty members teaching in the DBA doctoral program have international teaching experience and have published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. As holders of PhDs and HDR (Habilitations à diriger les recherches) qualifications, they conduct research and provide consulting services to major corporations, which allows them to stay in touch with business practices.
