Create a product sheet for your bike
A bike is like an ID card: the better you know it, the better you take care of it. In this section, you’ll learn how to:
Identify the key components of your bike (brakes, drivetrain, frame, wheels, etc.).
Create a custom technical data sheet: model, serial number, specific settings.
Goal: to have all the information you need to maintain, insure, or even recover your bike in case of theft.
Check and maintain your bike's safety features
Squeaky brakes? Chain skipping? Don't leave anything to chance. You'll learn how to:
Check the essentials before every trip: brakes, tires, lights, and steering.
Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, checking tire pressure, etc.
Recognize the signs of wear and know when to call a professional.
Goal: To ensure your safety every day with a reliable, well-maintained bike.

All of our training programs are accessible and designed to accommodate participants with disabilities.
Discussing disability as early as the recruitment phase is often a key step toward a successful training program.
Being aware of a learner’s disability means being able to design a training program that takes into account their needs and the resources required to support their learning journey. Therefore, it is advisable to consider a learner’s disability as early as the registration phase.
