group
an educational organization serving local communities, businesses, and, above all, students!
ESC Pau BS, a prestigious business school, is becoming the éklore-ed School of Management, and the post-high-school sports business programs offered by CNPC Sport are being consolidated under the éklore-ed Sport Business brand.
The years spent in higher education are a crucial step in preparing for the future; an opportunity to flourish through new knowledge, to grow through countless encounters, to develop through a variety of experiences, and to create some of your most cherished memories.

A new identity built on 50 years of experience in business management and education,

At éklore-ed, inclusion and diversity are part of our daily routine!
Our goal and mission is to support young people in “pre-apprenticeship” programs and individuals with disabilities in the “Inclu Pro Formation” program as they define their career plans, choose a training program, or enter the workforce directly. We prioritize tailored support, whether in group or individual settings, using a teaching approach specific to each group. This allows us to offer workshops on various “well-being” topics, to explore different professions and their work environments, and facilitates workplace immersion to validate the relevance and feasibility of the career plan.
Sustainable development and solidarity are top priorities
Social responsibility is a reality for both students and staff. In 2019, students planted 1,000 trees to create a Miyawaki Forest: an urban forest capable of absorbing 10 times more CO2 and supporting 30 times more biodiversity than a traditional forest thanks to the selection of tree species. 2023 was a year rich in projects, in collaboration with organizations such as “Les Restos du cœur,” “Main tendue,” the “Red Cross,” and “Fontaine responsable.” Through student organizations and as part of academic projects, students and apprentices organized several events: food drives, hygiene product drives, clothing drives, toy drives, and the installation of a water kiosk. Employees, for their part, rallied around a project to green the Pau campus. They collaboratively selected the plants, containers, and locations, taking into account the constraints associated with living organisms (temperature, substrate, water requirements, exposure, growth, etc.).
Minimizing the environmental impact of our technical training programs
Technical training in bicycle workshops inevitably generates waste, and waste inevitably requires recycling. The sorting, collection, and processing of consumables and used materials from our technical bicycle training programs is a daily commitment for the technical bicycle trainers at éklore-ed. We work with specialized companies to collect electric bike batteries, store and package oils and toxic products for recycling, and to clean mechanical parts using machines that are safe and environmentally friendly.
